  The 3 girls working tonight were less than stellar. I ordered on a Monday and picked it up in store myself. The 2 pizzas I ordered were barely cut, I had to use my own pizza cutter and the cheese bread wasn't cut at all. I guess for cheap pizza it's worth it but as someone who has worked in pizza for almost a decade it doesn't take much to cut a pizza and it was a Monday night and it was very clearly dead in there since all of them were busy chatting with one another.

  I ordered pizza at 5:25pm and received it (COLD) at 6:45pm. The email told me my pizza (3 miles from my house) would be ready in 15-20 min; no matter what, it should never take almost an hour and a half to arrive. When I called after an hour concerned, a woman said "There were five other deliveries, it will get there EVENTUALLY", she assured me it would not be cold. I called back after the pizza arrived COLD, a gentleman answered (and I use that term loosely). He was rude, unapologetic and told me that "these things happened"- he turned out to be the nightshift manager. I asked to speak with someone higher up than him, "who is your manager", he responded "uh, I don't know, Charlene", I said "you don't know who your manager is?" and he said "don't take things so literally". Just an utterly rude, unprofessional, punk kid. I will NEVER EVER eat at this restaurant again. First of all, to receive a pizza cold is a problem, but to have someone treat you so rudely as a CUSTOMER is inexcusable.

  Toppings are never consistent. Sometimes you get way too much cheese that's it's dropping off your slice and other times theres none at all. I haven't had too many problems with them but the past two times we got an outdated salad, pizza with barely any cheese, and a pizza that did not follow our specialty requests.
  
  This dominos needs to step their game up!!!
